BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: Broadway Bound Kids offers 1 - 3 week summer programs for students K-11 who love to perform. In our Kids on Broadway and Summer Musical programs, students will make life-long memories as they belt out show tunes, write original scripts and songs, spend time outside every day, take master classes with Broadway stars and perform in a musical revue!

CAMP LOCATION: Rehearsals: 225 West 99th Street (Between Broadway & Amsterdam)
Show Location for Summer Musical Program (Professional Theater): 150 E 76th Street
CAMP FACILITIES: Dance studios and professional theatres in Manhattan.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: KIDS ON BROADWAY (Incoming K - 6th graders)
Students in this popular one or two week program create and perform an original musical revue. Each session has a unique theme to encourage student creativity, as they work together to devise a script around existing songs from Broadway or movie musicals. On the last day of each session, students celebrate their hard work with live performances for friends and family. Past shows have featured music from Broadway shows and movie musicals including Annie, Wicked, Frozen, Greatest Showman, Moana, Newsies, and Matilda.
All Sessions run from 9:30am-2:30pm Mon-Fri
Sessions are divided into incoming K-3 and 4th-6th
Session 1 (2 wks): Emojis and Minions and Trolls...Oh, My! (June 15th-26th)
Session 2 (1 wk): Tales of Toys! (July 6th-10th)
Session 3 (1 wk): Jedi Jams (July 13th-17th)
Session 4 (1 wk): Freaky Friday, Sibling Swap (July 27th-31st)
Session 5 (1 wk): Opposites Attract: Hot & Cold, Good & Evil (August 3rd-7th)
Tuition: $549 for 1wk Session, $1099 for 2wk Session
*Students who enroll in more than one session receive a 10% discount
Location: 225 W 99th Street (Between Broadway & Amsterdam)
SUMMER MUSICALS: LEGALLY BLONDE JR. (Incoming 3rd - 11th grades) & FROZEN JR. (Incoming 1st - 11th grades)
Students perform in an hour-long Broadway Jr. musical production complete with costumes, sets, and props. In this 3-week intensive program, students strengthen their acting, singing, and dance skills during rehearsals with instruction from highly skilled teaching artists. They experience the exhilarating feeling of performing live in a professional theatre and receive valuable feedback and advice from a visiting Broadway Star.

Time and Dates: 9:30am-3:30pm Mon- Fri (Legally Blonde: July 6th-24th, Frozen: July 27th-August 14th)

YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: Broadway Bound Kids offers an InterACTive Broadway Program that provides several trips each year for students to see Broadway Shows, and the program includes master classes and/or talkbacks with cast members from the shows. We also offer Musical Theatre Classes on Saturdays in Manhattan, as well as a Broadway Bound Players program that mounts musicals on stage!
We are also launching Broadway Bound Academy in Fall 2020 for pre-professional in-house acting, dancing, and singing classes.
