BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: The Lexington Ballet's MAD Camp is an exciting Day-Camp for children ages 4-10! MAD Camp is centered around Music, Art, and Dance, and campers will learn various songs, dance routines, as well as create art projects each week. They will also get to explore Lexington, as well as get a behind-the-scenes look at many of it's cultural centers. MAD Camp is sponsored and put on by The Lexington Ballet, and will be celebrating it's 10th year! Enroll today at Our Camp Website Link: www.lexingtonballet.org.
CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
Music/Band, Fine Arts/Crafts, Dance, and more.
CAMP LOCATION: The camp is located at The First Presbyterian Church on Market Street in Downtown Lexington, KY. Our dance classes will be across the street at the Arts Place Building in the Lexington Ballet Studios.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: GO MAD THIS SUMMER at the one-stop camp for artists, musicians, and dancers ages 5-11! Campers will attend two Art, two Music, and two Dance classes each day. Pack a lunch, bring a water bottle, and wear art-friendly clothes. Between classes, campers will stretch their legs outdoors and explore Lexington's local culture.
